Slacklining for Beginners
Slacklining is truly the complete mind-body workout. It improves core stability, strengthens posture, helps develop a heightened awareness of the position and movement of one’s body (known as proprioception), and boosts concentration. By the end of this class, you’ll know how to balance on a slackline and maybe even be able to take a few steps!
Included with the 1-Day Pass or the Weekend Pass. No reservation. First come, first served.
